本隐私政策适用于由 OBVIZ（奥博微视）（以下简称「我们」）开发的移动应用程序 OBVIZ CAM（以下简称「本应用」）。我们重视您的隐私。本政策说明本应用如何访问、收集、使用、存储和分享您的数据，以及您拥有的相关权利。
核心原则：本应用以本地处理为核心——您拍摄的照片、视频和录音均直接保存在您的设备上，不会上传至我们的任何服务器。
1. 信息收集
本应用不设立账号系统，无需注册或登录即可使用全部功能。我们不收集您的姓名、邮箱、手机号等个人身份信息，不包含任何第三方广告、分析或追踪 SDK。
在以下有限场景中，本应用会通过网络进行数据交互：
- 固件在线更新：当您主动检查或下载相机固件更新时，应用会连接我们的服务器获取固件包。此过程仅传输设备型号、固件版本号等完成更新所必需的技术信息。
除上述情形外，本应用的全部图像处理均在您的设备本地完成。
2. 权限使用说明
为提供核心拍摄与设备连接功能，本应用会向您申请以下权限。所有敏感权限均遵循「最小必要、按需申请」原则，仅在您主动使用对应功能时触发申请，任何处理均在设备本地完成：

此外，连接 UVC 相机/串口设备时，Android 系统会弹出 USB 设备访问授权对话框，这是系统 USB Host API 的强制授权流程，不属于应用权限，您可选择「默认允许此设备」。
3. 数据存储与安全
- 本地存储：您拍摄的所有照片、视频、录音以及骑行轨迹数据均存储在您设备的本地存储中（如系统相册）。
- 位置数据不出设备：骑行码表产生的位置与轨迹数据仅在设备本地处理和保存，不会上传至任何服务器。
- 无云端媒体存储：本应用不提供云端相册或媒体备份服务，从根本上避免媒体内容的云端泄露风险。
- 缓存清理：应用运行期间的临时缓存会在您关闭应用或完成编辑后自动清除。卸载应用时，应用私有数据将被系统清除（已保存到相册的媒体文件不受影响）。
4. 数据共享与第三方服务
本应用不包含任何第三方广告 SDK、追踪器、分析工具或社交登录组件。我们不会向任何第三方出售、出租或共享您的个人数据。唯一的对外网络连接是连接我们自己的服务器，用于固件在线更新（见第 1 节）。
5. 数据保留与删除
- 无账号系统：本应用不创建账号，因此不存在账号删除流程。
- 媒体与轨迹数据：由您完全掌控，可随时在系统相册或文件管理器中自行删除，卸载应用亦可清除应用私有数据。
6. 未成年人隐私
本应用不主动收集任何年龄段用户的个人身份信息。我们建议未成年人在监护人的指导下使用本应用。如监护人认为未成年人的相关信息被不当处理，请通过第 8 节方式联系我们。
7. 政策更新
当本应用的功能、数据处理方式或适用法律要求发生变化时，我们可能会更新本隐私政策。更新后的版本将发布在本页面，并注明新的更新日期。重大变更时，我们会在应用内作出提示。

Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application OBVIZ CAM (the "App") developed by OBVIZ ("we", "us"). We value your privacy. This policy explains how the App accesses, collects, uses, stores, and shares your data, and the rights you have.
Core principle: the App is local-first — the photos, videos, and recordings you capture are saved directly on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
1. Information We Collect
The App has no account system; all features work without registration or sign-in. We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number, and the App contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
The App communicates over the network only in the following limited scenarios:
- Online firmware updates: when you actively check for or download camera firmware updates, the App connects to our server to fetch the firmware package. Only technical information necessary to complete the update (such as device model and firmware version) is transmitted.
Except for the above, all image processing is performed locally on your device.
2. Permissions We Request
To provide core capture and device-connection features, the App requests the permissions below. All sensitive permissions follow the principle of minimal necessity and are requested only when you actively use the corresponding feature; all related processing happens locally on your device:

In addition, when connecting a UVC camera or serial device, Android shows a USB device access authorization dialog. This is a mandatory system flow of the USB Host API, not an app permission; you may choose "Use by default for this device".
3. Data Storage and Security
- Local storage: all photos, videos, audio recordings, and ride-track data you create are stored in your device's local storage (e.g., the system gallery).
- Location data stays on-device: location and track data produced by the bike-computer feature is processed and stored only on your device and is never uploaded to any server.
- No cloud media storage: the App provides no cloud gallery or media-backup service, eliminating the risk of cloud leakage of your media.
- Cache cleanup: temporary caches are cleared automatically when you close the App or finish editing. Uninstalling the App removes its private data (media files already saved to the gallery are unaffected).
4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
The App contains no third-party advertising SDKs, trackers, analytics tools, or social-login components. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. The only outbound network connections are to our own servers for online firmware updates (see Section 1).
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- No account system: the App creates no accounts, so no account-deletion procedure exists.
- Media and track data: fully under your control — delete it anytime via the system gallery or file manager; uninstalling the App also removes its private data.
6. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users of any age. We recommend that minors use the App under the guidance of a guardian. If a guardian believes a minor's information has been handled improperly, please contact us via Section 8.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App's features, data-handling practices, or applicable legal requirements change. Updated versions will be published on this page with a new revision date. For material changes, we will provide a notice within the App.
